image command: ability to specify a reference image

Feature Description

When using the image command to detect similar images, it would be great if there was a way to specify a reference image, and a directory to look for similar images to that reference file.

If I'm not mistaken it's not possible yet.

The program allows you to check for similar images across different formats.
