HEIC files not working in "similar images" mode

czkawka_gui is not comparing HEIC files.

Tested in version 10 in linux, and in version 10 in windows, and in version 9 in windows. (czkawka_gui installed on ubuntu x64 using flatpak, windows version installed using winget)

I have two sets of HEIC files that are basically exactly the same. The metadata (seen using exiftool) is slightly different, so the files are not exactly the same, but no HEIC files are showing at all in the "similar images" searches, but they really should be.

But, what about linux? I did have some problems with HEIC files on linux, but I have fixed them by installing the "unbuntuhandbook" version sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/libheif ...

And heic files load fine now in the system's default image viewer. But.... still I have issues with czkawka_gui not finding similar heic images.

I downloaded the linux_czkawka_gui_heif_raw_x86_64 binary from the github's releases asset list to my ubuntu machine and it works with HEIC files!
