Can't get czkawka to detect duplicates or similar images in small icon files?

Hello, first of all, this has been a fantastic piece of software for me. I've got backups and revision/version tracking nightmares across a terabyte of hard drive space, and czkawka has helped me greatly in organizing and cleaning up my space. Thank you so much!

I have a lot of game design projects, so I have tens of thousands of image assets. Cz was incapable of detecting duplicates in small .png files. They also contain many .svg files, which perhaps it can't scan? Even so, it should still be able to see obvious duplicate/similar .pngs.

Things I tried:

• Turning image size cache down to 5k. This increased the # of files it was searching through but didn't help with results.
• Duplicate file search and size search. Oddly, it didn't see same-size files. I'm looking at the directory and I see 2 identical files next to one another, but it's not picking them up in search.
• Similar image search trying 8/16/32b block searches. 8b with different hash functions returned several false positives only, the rest found nothing. Sliding the bar did not affect results in any meaningful way.

Am I overlooking something obvious?
Here is a link to the icon files I'm trying to clean up. It's ~1,500 images but only 7mb, for anyone wanting to try getting better results or testing this. They are CC open art (Lorc), so this isn't bad.
