qBittorrent not binding to the correct ip address

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.3.4.1, Debian 10

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

Qt: | 5.15.2
Libtorrent: | 1.2.13.0
Boost: | 1.76.0
OpenSSL: | 1.1.1k
zlib: | 1.2.11

What is the problem

The ip address is not being binded correctly.

What is the expected behavior

The ip should be binded to the one I set it to.

Steps to reproduce

• Have 2 ips
• Bind the ip in advanced to the non default ip
• It will still use the default ip

Extra info(if any)

I have tried restarting qBittorrent and the entire VPS and it still uses the default address.

What does netstat -tulpen | grep qbit yield? You realize that the IP address in the peer list is not your IP, but the one of the peer that you are connected to?

Yes, I know, I made my own torrent on my desktop pc (Windows) and seeded to my VPS (Debian). https://ipleak.net also shows the default ip.
