qbittorrent master + QT6 + libtorrent RC_2_0 debian based cross builds

This github action only build system builds libtorrent +QT6 + qbittorrent using Debian crossbuild-essential. So since native cross building is being used the build process is about as fast as it can be on GitHub actions (1 hour for desktop and 30 minutes for nox). There is no emulation with this build process (except for QT6)

I am using:

qbittorrent master
libtorrent RC_2_0
QT6 (6.2 at the time this was written)

Targeting:
Ubuntu bionic focal armhf arm64 amd64
Debian buster bullseye armhf arm64 amd64
