Torrent Queuing (like BiglyBT)

Here's the situation - there are trackers that have a limit on how many torrents you can SEED at one time. For most people, that means you end up ONLY having that many torrents for that tracker (TAG/CAT/whatever). I just learned that BiglyBT has a method (they call it "queueing") to overcome this. So you could have 500 torrents for a tracker that will only allow 40 SEEDS at a time and BiglyBT apparently "ignores" those torrents with 0 peers, so they are not actually SEEDING.

A function like this - set PER Tracker (&/or per CAT - as I use CAT to identify my Trackers), would be a really nice addition.
