Retry connection

Possible bug. Could be solved with a new feature.

I'd like a setting that periodically retries a failed connection.

Bug:
I use the Network Interface setting to select my vpn network. Both applications are set to start on startup. qBitTorrent starts faster than the vpn app. When qBitTorrent looks for a connection, the tunnel isn't accessible, so it errors out. It won't retry the connection at any point, so it just stays disconnected. I have to restart the application to get it to connect.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Under advanced settings, select a vpn network interface.
2. Ensure both applications are set to start on startup (windows)
3. Restart the computer.
4. Once everything initializes, check the connection status of qBitTorrent. Notice it's failed.
5. Restart qBitTorrent. Notice the connection works again.

Potential fix:

• Add an option to reinitialize the connection when connections fully or partially fail.

Ideally, the fix would work without needing to be triggered manually.
