Watch folders is not working

Dear All,
I have two different Qbittorrents: one installed on a local Raspberry and one on a seedbox.
With both of them I'm using the webui interface.
I want to use the watch folder to upload torrent on them and I have different categories. So I want to have a watch folder for each category in order to store data in the proper way. I setup 3 different watch folders but only the first one is working, the other two seems not watch by Qbit.
I also checked the config files and it seems ok.
What is my mistake ?
