GitHub or SourceForge?

This is the first time I am seeing qBittorrent release packages inside their GitHub page rather than Sourceforge.

1. Are they breaking their partnership with them?
2. If that is the case, should I download recently released qBittorrent v5.2.0 packages and future qBitTorrent packages from GitHub page rather than Sourceforge?

I'm unaware for there to be more than one user/owner who uploads/publishes releases. So you should've asked directly from the right person about future plans if really curious.

Download what you need from wherever you want.

It's unnecessary to wait and delay installing currently the latest version or prefer one website over the other just because you wish someone to share their future plans.

Currently for me both websites work fine and have identical downloads. You can always compare and recheck if checksums match.

Currently official download website doesn't provide links to use GitHub to get stable release .exe, .dmg & AppImage files and it's good if there's now additional alternative website as backup.

I would check what's mentioned in official news, download site, make backups of important things and look at issue reports before downloading and installing anything new.
