RSS timeout setting

### Suggestion

May we please add to the RSS downloader a variable timeout?


### Use case

The actual one, I think hardcoded, is sometimes too low for some RSS feeds

### Extra info/examples/attachments

Testing with the below shows sometime a delay above 60sec to receive the full frame (--max-time setting)
