Cannot add known hosts behind an HTTP proxy

Hello,

I'm testing the qcastel/github-actions-maven-release action and due to being behind an HTTP proxy calls like ssh-keyscan github.com fail in add-ssh-key.sh.

I'm wondering if it would be reasonable to exclude the public Git hosts and only scan SSH_EXTRA_KNOWN_HOST?

We have the same issue, github.com (or any other host for that matter) is not available.
