internal alloy for external access, how ?

First of all, thank you for this helpful repo.
i would like the internal alloy to be accessible from the outside, i.e. 4317, 4318.
i want to use this to send logs, traces and metrics from the outside (alloy client), so that they can be processed by the internal, existing alloy rules.
