[FEATURE] Add z distance (#31451)

• Add z-distance in 3d measurement tool.

• Refactor code for adding new item in 3d measurement tool.

• Fix right click stop the measurement but not reset the table.

• Add horisontal distance.

• Remove unit in the header.

• Add widgets for 3d measurement tool

• Calculate total horisontal distance.

• Refactor showing total distance.

• Handle check box behaviours.

• Save state of the checkboxes.

• Rename variable for consistency.

• Set proper title for 3d measurement tool.

• use one extra distance.

• Remove checkbox for other distance.

Measuring objects 3 dimensional would be very appreciated. If possible not only a distance but also an area in the 3D view.

@xtc0r I'm not sure I understand. Measuring distance in 3d is already supported and is what this report is about. For surface, you better open a request in code repo. This repository is only for documentation purpose. Thanks.

@DelazJ I want to measure a point cloud in the 3D view map with the 3D measurement tool. But I can't get it to work. So I assumed it is still WIP to implement it.

I don't know if point clouds need anything particular but measuring distance in 3D should work (qgis/QGIS#31451); I personally am struggling for months to have a working 3D map view so I can't help more.
