Set up QGIS account for BlueSky and Mastodon

Hi @timlinux and @anitagraser ,

Following the new feature for feed syndication on social media, we need two tokens related accounts on BlueSky and Mastodon in order to make the feature work correctly. I wonder if we should set up official QGIS accounts or how should we proceed?

We have @qgis@fosstodon.org as official Mastodon account and can bridge it to bluesky or create a new bluesky account

Tim should be able to access the mastodon credentials
