Add an option to preview feedback in plugins that have feedback resolved #251

Feature Description
Currently navigating to https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/feedback_completed/, you will see a list of plugins that have their feedback resolved.
To facilitate a quick review, it would be nicer to add a separate tab that will list the feedback that has been resolved.
Currently, you have to click on the Versions > Feedback > and then read what the feedback initially was and then go and check if it was reviewed.
If we add the latest resolved feedback as a tab that would streamline the review process to be quicker
