Allow ordering layers in qgsprocessingmultipleselectiondialog

Feature description

It could be very useful to sort by displayed name in table when project contains tens of layers

The current ordering does not follow any human sorting logic, which can make searching very difficult.

In virtual raster alg window, click on ... for input layer

You miss Processing plugin in your setup. Did you compiled with Python ? If yes, in Plugins, Manage plugins, activate Processing
