QGIS 3.44 Mac download package generates a disk error

What is the bug or the crash?

I believe there is problem with the MacOS Qgis 3.44 download file: qgis-macos-pr.dmg It will not open and reports as a disk error. System: Apple M2 Pro, 32 GB, OS version Tahoe 26.3

Steps to reproduce the issue

MacOS Qgis 3.44 download file: qgis-macos-pr.dmg appears to be corrupt.

I did not test the first link.
