gpkg-table in db-manager created is not editable #64520
Description
What is the bug or the crash?
If I create a gpkg-table in db-manager the table is createt but not listet in the table overview and so not editable in db-manager.
Steps to reproduce the issue
tryed again, the same if the table is createt in dbeaver
