Adding water blocks

As I understand, for the moment we two types of blocks:

• clear blocks
• obstacle blocks
  What about having blocks with water blocks in which the agent is slower? The purpose is to illustrate the difference between Dijkstra and A*.

A slow block would just be a clear block with a function that adjusted the players movement speed. Movement speed is not handled by pathfinding.
