Correlation circle plot

I want to be able to create a correlation circle plot.
I don't know if this is better to be a feature of the scatterplot or its own plot. It is a scatterplot that has the correlation circle drawn and is limited to 1 and -1 on both axes and 0 is in the center.

We discussed:

• This will be its own plot scatterplot correlation
• It is square
• It is always centered on 0 with indication where 0 is
• It is fixed to -1 to 1 on both axes
• There is a toggle for the circles
