Updates are required to:

• Simplify role checks due to recent changes
• Add support for /tasks
• Remove hard checks for /reload-tasks ahead of depn
• Decouple API key logic from the toggle ahead of depn + add new access control checks
• Slim the file down using new blocks
• Update space assignment logic to use endpoint filters where possible (reduce API calls + streamline blocks)
• Change managed space role from can manage to can operate (least privilege)
