Add specifics related to Direct Access gateways #89

A sheet (or separate app) with details on resource utilization on Direct Access gateway Windows servers. This should include time series with memory, CPU, network(?), concurrent processing, etc.
Motivation
The gateway server is often considered a “black box” and issues related to reloads via the gateway can be hard to troubleshoot. Surfacing this information will be useful for identification of issues, and to proactively provide guidance for when to adjust reload schedules, when to upgrade the server configuration, or when to add an additional gateway.
Additional context
The gateway R&D team is currently working on the initial design to capture the resource utilization on the gateway server, based on reload processes. The metrics will likely (initially) be stored on the gateways and be accessible via REST API.
The intention is to have some settings for the capture (cadence, level of details, etc.) in the Management Console, together with some high level status indicator.
The more detailed view would be suitable on dedicated sheet(s) in the Reload Analyzer app or in a separate Gateway Analyzer app.
