Add a build check to ensure all relevant fields have been converted to master items #95
Description
The apps follow a paradigm where they use CamelCased field names, then spaced master dimension and measure names. All relevant fields from the model are presented as master items. This benefits end user creation on published apps.
Run a check and call out where we have fields which are not master items.
