Kind LoadBalancer mode EXTERNAL-IP pending

I install lagopus in a ubuntu virtual machine on Tencent Cloud with the k8s kind. when install finish, the EXTERNAL-ip is pending.

Did you specify "lagopusIP" with helm install?
