License-violating vendor: PMO Lab

Issue Description

PMO Lab is selling a tri-mode keyboard called Wave 75, violating the GPL license of QMK. They claim this keyboard to support QMK/VIA.

And they are providing the via.json of the keyboard and the firmware as binary file in their download page. They refused to provide the source code of the firmware when I asked through JD (one of the biggest e-commerce platform in China).

They first provided me with a cloud link which was already expired. I asked again and emphasized that QMK is GPL-licensed so they need to open source their firmware derived from it, but they directly claim they are unable to provide the source code and that "such things are always not open source".

Please add this vendor to the license-violating list.

Same keyboard, same retailer, same situation. But this is probably not only a thing about PMO Lab, to my knowledge they deligate all the PCB stuff to a designer company and that company should be the one that is responsible for releasing GMK open source. I plan to probe the matrix pin data by myself, will share it if I success.
