How can I build it for linux-arm64

I am going to run qmlnet on an arm64 machine, everything is ready, but the environment of this library does not have an arm64 version.
I tried to run this runtime project on the machine, but the result is still not an arm64 architecture file.
Since there is no practical information on the Internet, I would like to ask if there is a solution, thank you very much.
