Installed IPA FairPlay error when using same Apple ID

Details

• Downloaded the IPA with ipatool using my Apple ID
• The app exists under my purchases
• Installed IPA with AppManager on device with same Apple ID (also tried Sideloadly and jailbreaking the device and installing with Appsync, same results)
• App immediately closes when trying to run
