document import path

Hi, I am not able to find out how the imports are named. For some i was able to find it by reading various tests and code and so on. 

i.e. `load('http.star', 'http')`. It would be nice if it was just written on the package table in the readme. For example, i am not able to import the json package and i cant find its import path anywhere.
