Reval works, but meteor client still refreshes after change

I'm using qualia:reval 1.3.0 on Meteor 1.7.1-beta.14 with Sublime. I'm finding the code patches are happening instantly when I update the code (and they show in the browser) - but a few seconds later the meteor client refreshes ($ => Client modified -- refreshing) - taking away the advantage of using qualia:reval.

No unusual server messages pop up, except for the "Reval dropping patches:" and "Reval patching:" come up.

Any fixes for this?

Sounds like clock drift. Are you running your dev environment in a VM?

Nope running it on my normal system - my server seems to be returning the correct times - how would I check if its clock drift?
