[Bug] - Glamour table rendering has the wrong background

Describe the bug
The BG color of tables in rendered MD is wrong

this is related to the file packages/tui/internal/tui/markdown_renderer.go

To Reproduce
run an evaluation and look at the results

Expected behavior
No BG color issues
