Consolidate with quanteda.dictionaries?

Consider adding the functions from the quanteda.dictionaries package. That would add:

data_dictionary_LaverGarry	Laver and Garry Dictionary of Policy Positions
data_dictionary_MFD	Moral Foundations Dictionary
data_dictionary_RID	Martindale’s Regressive Imagery Dictionary (RID)
data_dictionary_uk2us	English UK–US spelling conversion dictionary
data_dictionary_us2uk	English US–UK spelling conversion dictionary
dictionary_edit()	Conveniently edit dictionaries
liwcalike()	Analyse text in a LIWC-like fashion

And this would probably involve renaming this new package to quanteda.dictionaries, since not all of the dictionaries in the consolidated package would be sentiment-based.

yes, I think it is quite convenient because we need corpora to test the dictionaries.
I could add a few Spanish corpus and usage examples.
