Make adding requirements for new packages more intuitive #451
Description
What is the task?
Adding a new extra-requirements.txt to a new folder in ReCirq requires a modification to the obscure write-ci-requirements file:

This is error-prone and it would be a low-priority nice-to-have to make this more automatic.
