Add an OpenAPI section for each microservice

All our microservices contain OpenAPI annotations. But we don't mention it. We should add a short OpenAPI section on each microservice with a screenshot of the Swagger UI and with a text "go to url http://localhost.... and check the Swagger UI contract"
