howto override bean for specific classes to inject

I'm integrating bson4jackson into my project and need to have a special ObjectMapper which does not work for normal json de-/serialization, how can I inject a specialized ObjectMapper bean?

Currently I tried this, but it overrode all instances of ObjectMapper:

public class BsonObjectMapperCustomization {
    @Produces
    @Named("bson")
    ObjectMapper constructBsonMapper(
        final @All @NotNull List<ObjectMapperCustomizer> customizers) {
        final ObjectMapper mapper = new ObjectMapper();

        // Apply all ObjectMapperCustomizer beans (incl. Quarkus)
        for (final ObjectMapperCustomizer customizer : customizers) {
            customizer.customize(mapper);
        }

        return mapper;
    }
}

Since I could not find a proper solution I wrapped the ObjectMapper in a record and produce and inject that one.
