What happens to the quarkiverse extensions with no active maintainers?

Simon Bengtsson is the main maintainer of that extension - https://github.com/SlyngDK.
I also tried reaching him on Zulip but he has been inactive since April 2023.

You had some reviews on this PR. The fact that you often mix unrelated changes in your PRs didn’t help.

@SlyngDK might not have been active on Zulip but he’s active on GitHub. Some changes take time to include and we all have a busy life.

Not saying things are ideal though and I can understand some of your frustration.

Yes, I learned my lesson with the unrelated changes. The code is updated according to the reviews but didn't get any response since the beginning of the year and started wondering whats going on.
