[OIDC] - quarkus.oidc.authentication.java-script-auto-redirect=false returning 499 behavior

Thanks @kara-g, I commented there. The idea of 499 is to let SPA workaround some provider's restrictions with not enabling CORS for their authorization endpoints, not to report authentication failures that are always reported as 401
