it was fond that when googling you can land on https://quarkus.io/quarkus3 and think that we support java 11 and 17 but dont yet support Java 21 and that LTS is coming instead of already being here.

should mark the page with a date and possibly fix/change the content or at least link to more new info for the outofdate parts?
