config pwa support for id tag?

Hi, I am using quasar cli 1.2.2 and I was wondering if there is a way to add support for the new id tag in the PWA build process. I added it to the config file above start_url but it is ignored. Here is the reference: https://developer.chrome.com/blog/pwa-manifest-id/
