Add typescript type variables to $q.dialog

Current typescript interface of $q.dialog() declares componentProps?: any and onOk(payload?: any).
When used to create a custom dialog, there is no type checking.
Add two type variables to the function signature:

interface MyProps {
  a: string
}

interface MyPayload {
  b: string
}

$q.dialog<MyProps, MyPayload>({
  ...
  componentProps: {
    a: 'hello'
  }
}).onOk(payload => {
  console.log(payload.b)
})
