The dialog has some kind of focus-trap to keep focus inside the dialog.
However, the browser adressbar is still focusable by tabbing.
Not sure if it's intentional but it's possible to accidentally focus the adressbar and reload the whole page.
When using a persistent dialog to prevent data loss from closing, route changes, etc... that's unexpected.
Another downside is that the focus might not be returned to the previous component.
Noticed this especially when using a custom dialog that will call a plugin confirm dialog .
If we close the confirm dialog by clicking outside, while the adressbar is focused, the dialog below is not focussed anymore and tab will now focus elements from the page below the dialog.
So I would suggest to have a stricter focus-trap, that will not allow focussing the adressbar.
