Custom thumb style for table etc.

For the scroll area the thumb style can be set and customized to fit the designers needs.
But all other components which have an internal scrollbar do not posses this possability.
So there is no way to keep the customized thumb style consistent through the whole application.

So what I am proposing is to add the :thumb-style attribute to all components that have an internal scroll bar
Or even better to be able to set a custom thumb style for the whole application, which I don't think is possible.

I only found https://forum.quasar-framework.org/topic/6767/i-want-custom-scroll-bar-in-table but no feature request for it.
