Render Transposed Q-Table

Hello everyone,

This might be a noob (or a brilliant) question. I've checked the documentation but I can't find anything related to this.
Is there a way to create a q-table instance where the header is on the first column instead of the first row? I have this certain use case that compels me to render the data this way instead of the usual and still benefit from the q-table features. Hoping to get an idea or enlightenment in cases this is not feasible. Thanks.
