Help Needed - Error Upon Quasar dev (v0.17)

Hi I am having issue after pulling my old project with a version of v0.17 and run quasar dev | build and then it popped up so many errors that I couldn't understand. I hope anyone could still help because I can't upgrade this to a higher version of quasar now because many things will break, and this is already in production. Thanks in advance
