Electron builds config build/notarize/publish for dev and ops

I'm working from these examples to get auto-update and notarize in my electron app.

I want to keep my electron build and publish secrets out of my quasar repo for the same reason I want to keep AWS secrets elsewhere.

What's the best way to build quasar for testing during development, then use a different configuration for publishing/notarizing/etc?

I looked for a way to pass a different quasar.config.js to the quasar command, but didn't see any options to do this.

I also looked at using electron-build after a quasar build to package/notarize/publish but it looked hacky.

What's the best way to have two build configs for quasar electron?
