Major Update in the Quasar Admin Template

Hello everyone,

I am happy to announce a major update in the Quasar Admin template. This update brings the following changes:

1. Vite has been added to the Quasar Admin and it is now ported to Vite
2. The charts are now using the echarts component
3. There have been some design changes made to a few pages and much more.
