Add a telephone input element

Would be nice to have a native Quasar UI element for telephone input.

Something that allows users to select a country and then validates the phone number based on that.

This could be a good model: https://github.com/tohagan/quasar-q-phone-input

There are other packages out there, the most popular being vue-tel-input, but it doesn't play nice with Quasar out of the box and TypeScript support is buggy. Having something native to Quasar that "just works" would be much better.
