Add a "colgroup" slot on q-table

Some styling on q-table is not possible without using colgroup.

For example, in this discussion I'm trying make one column shrink and one column grow with an elipsis. But it is not possible without a colgroup.

Therefore I please ask that you add a colgroup slot to q-table to allow for better styling options.
