Strange Meta plugin behavior in SSR

Colleagues, hello everyone.

@quasar/cli v2.1.1
Tested on default Quasar SSR projects. Tried both Vite and Webpack the behavior is similar.

1. Add to the Framework section of the quasar.config.js file plugins: [ 'Meta', ],

2. Add Setup to App.vue
   

3. Run quasar dev -m ssr

4. We look at the response from the server through view-source. As you can see the attribute in the HTML tag has been added. The rest hasn't changed at all.
   

5. We look through the inspector after rendering. The attribute in HTML has remained the same. But! Now you see a double title tag and a double description.
   

In my opinion, it works very strange and not logical. I will be glad for any help. Thank you in advance!

By removing the title and description from index.html at the root, I solved the problem of duplicates.

But why the title and description are not added on the server side - I do not understand.
