Feature Request: Add the ability to create a QSpinner with a name

Basically what the title says, it would be nice if we could create a <q-spinner> component and specify which icon it uses like <q-icon>, currently the only props it supports is color and size, however I'm currently creating a bunch of v-if statements in order to render the correct spinner.

Would it be possible to add this? My idea for it would be something like this:

<q-spinner />  <!-- shows the regular spinner -->
<q-spinner name="tail" /> <!-- shows QSpinnerTail -->
