q-btn clickable should be implicit if a click handler is defined.

Maybe not everyone wants it, but you can wrap a custom with a QItem.
Example:

Yes I understand that approach. My issue is that i have 3000 q-items, every one with a click handler that also has clickable. I would assume 99.9% of quasar users are in the same boat.

Hence why I suggest a simple 1 line fix to the source.
